ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We

provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Onboarding Coordinator to join our team working Monday-Friday out of the Head Office in Cannon Hill.

Based in our Brisbane office, this position is key in helping our sites operate efficiently. Working as the key liaison between the recruitment team and site base operations, you will be responsible for executing and managing the onboarding experience for all new employees within our remote sector.

**The Position**
- Working closely with all stakeholders to create and execute a seamless new employee onboarding experience
- Monitor and provide enhancements to the onboarding experience
- Coordinate employee inductions, training courses and troubleshoot any site-related queries
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for all new starters as required
- Ensure new employees have correct uniform
- Update and review training matrix to ensure compliance at all times
- Order and approve all uniform invoices, including purchase orders
- Report EOM financials to accounts
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required

**The Person**
- Experience in onboarding and site-based mobilisations
- Experience in coordinating and administering induction process
- Sound computer & administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Highly organised and ability to meet deadlines
