Service Delivery Coordinator

This role provides an opportunity to work with a dynamic organisation in the telco space. As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers.

You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors and upstream providers to deliver services accurately, efficiently and on time.

The central point of contact for your assigned customers throughout the delivery process, maintaining clear communication, solving problems as they arise and ensuring expectations are met at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end provisioning: new sales, relocations, upgrades, disconnections and ownership changes
  • Manage timelines and installations with internal teams and external providers
  • Monitor delivery progress, flag risks early and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the onboarding journey
  • Handle enquiries, escalations and customer communication via ticketing systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with SLAs and customer expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in service delivery, provisioning or project coordination (telco or ISP experience highly regarded)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations and troubleshooting delivery challenges
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
