Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting with family onboarding. This involves obtaining and evaluating relevant documentation, setting up new customer accounts, and verifying data accuracy.

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant onboarding documentation for families
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Set up Direct Debits details
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data

Additional responsibilities may include providing general support across the team in answering queries and calls, as well as assisting with ad-hoc Operations projects and initiatives.

Desirable qualifications include experience with CRM tools and CCS Systems (preferably QikKids), as well as a State relevant Working with Children Check, Blue Card or Safety Screening, and a valid Police check (within the past 6 months).
