Are you enthusiastic about providing personalised support and empowering people living with disabilities to live more independently? Enhanced Lifestyles is looking for a dedicated **Lifestyle Attendant** to support a valued customer in **Plympton Park**.

At Enhanced Lifestyles, we refer to our support workers as **Lifestyle Attendants**, as it reflects our **customer-led approach** and the independence of our customers in managing their own lives. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful support in both the home and community, helping customers achieve their goals and maintain their quality of life.

**About the Role**
- Assist with **daily tasks**, including personal care, household duties, and meal preparation
- Provide **safe manual handling** assistance
- Support with **medication administration** and **diabetes management**:

- Implement **behaviour support strategies** in line with the customer's care plan
- Facilitate **community participation** and outings
- Use **letter board communication** to engage with the customer effectively
- Drive a **medium or larger vehicle** with space for a wheelchair

**Shifts Available**
- ** Variety of shifts available**across a 7-day roster (weekdays and weekends), including **mornings, afternoons, evenings, and passive overnights**:

- Immediate start available

**What We're Looking For**
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Experience supporting individuals with **complex needs**, including behaviour support and diabetes management
- A **person-centred approach** with a commitment to high-quality support
- Understanding of **NDIS quality and safeguarding** requirements
- ** Female applicants only** (as requested by the customer)

**Essential Requirements**
- ** Valid driver's licence** and access to a **medium or larger car** with room for a wheelchair
- Ability to work across **varied shifts** as required
- Relevant **training and certifications**, including First Aid, CPR, and manual handling
