Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Collaborate with various departments to align financial goals with operational strategies.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required by senior management.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Management Accountant should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in management accounting within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
