Human Resources Leader

The Human Resources Leader oversees HR operations across multiple states in Australia, providing strategic and operational HR elements within complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and align the HR strategy within regions.

  • Present HR strategies and frameworks to stakeholders.

  • Lead regional recruitment teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role. They should be degree qualified in Human Resources or a related field and have relevant ER/IR legislative knowledge.
