Overview
Recruitment Consultant | Specialising in Professional Services: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveService Delivery Coordinatorto join our client's growing team.
You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and upstream providers to deliver services accurately, efficiently, and on time.
You will be the central point of contact for your assigned customers throughout the delivery process, maintaining clear communication, solving problems as they arise, and ensuring expectations are met at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end provisioning: new sales, relocations, upgrades, disconnections, and ownership changes
Manage timelines and installations with internal teams and external providers
Monitor delivery progress, flag risks early, and maintain accurate records in the CRM
Build strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the onboarding journey
Handle enquiries, escalations, and customer communication via ticketing systems
Ensure projects are delivered in line with SLAs and customer expectations
Skills and Experience
Experience in service delivery, provisioning, or project coordination (telco or ISP experience highly regarded)
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first approach
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable navigating technical conversations and troubleshooting delivery challenges
Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
