We're on the hunt for an inspiring leader to oversee and elevate our Mindbody department, with a focus on Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and Yoga. If you're someone who lives and breathes movement, thrives on developing others, and is ready to take ownership of studio operations, read on.

**What's the Role?**

As the Mindbody Studio Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the quality, consistency, and culture of our studio experiences. From mentoring instructors to driving retention and optimising class performance, you'll be the driving force behind our wellness program success.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Teaching world-class Reformer, Mat Pilates and Yoga classes
- Managing day-to-day studio operations and team schedules
- Leading the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing education of instructors
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve member retention and class utilisation
- Creating content and collaborating on social media, events and local community activations
- Reporting on performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities

**Who You Are**:

- A proven leader in the Pilates or Group Fitness space (5+ years preferred)
- Certificate III in Fitness and/or Reformer & Mat Pilates qualification (Yoga training a bonus)
- Confident educator and motivator, with experience running workshops or mentoring teams
- Passionate, energetic and professional - with a sharp eye for safety, technique and consistency
- Adaptable and proactive, always looking to grow the studio and your own leadership impact
