As a key player in our fitness community, we are seeking an exceptional Studio Manager to drive studio performance, manage the coaching team, and deliver high-quality group fitness classes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a deep understanding of sales, and the ability to build strong relationships within the community.

The Studio Manager will play a vital role in driving studio results, managing the coaching team, and delivering high-quality group fitness classes. They will also be responsible for leading marketing efforts, managing sales conversions, and developing a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase sales and drive studio performance
  • Manage the coaching team, including hiring, training, and supporting staff members
  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes and drive results for members
  • Lead sales conversions, new member onboarding, consultations, and studio tours
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and studio performance metrics to measure success
  • Manage social media content creation and management

Requirements:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in Fitness and current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and working with targets
  • 2+ years experience in the Health & Fitness industry
  • Experience in people management, customer service, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Studio Manager experience
  • Group fitness experience

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $62,000 - $75,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
