ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Studio Manager you will take command of the day-to-day operating of the gym, running daily workouts, contacting leads and getting them into the studio for free trials, working on outreach campaigns, oversee other studio trainers, take charge of our social media, and work closely with the owner/franchisee to deliver the studio's member growth and profitability aspirations.
Role responsibilities include;
- Manage all aspects of the studio, making it your own
- Lead 50-minute group strength training classes on a daily basis
- Working closely with the Owner to help drive studio performance and member satisfaction
- Membership acquisition including actively seeking new Membership opportunities
- Sales management and tracking to support the growth of the business
- Social Media Management - generating a high-quality social media platform to market our studio and reflect our studio community
- Coordinating 8-Week Challenges
- Complete administration associated with memberships and general enquiries
- Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained, including cleaning and maintenance
As a Casual Group Fitness Coach, you will need to know how to execute exercises properly and demonstrate them to others. You'll need to build rapport with both current members and potential members to give them the best training experience we can offer. You need to be willing to work early mornings (4:30am - 10:30am) and afternoon shifts (3:00pm - 7:30pm), as well as Saturday mornings.
ABOUT YOU:
Do you have the following experience and qualities?
• Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training
• Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training (preferred)
• First Aid Cert & Blue Card
• Proven success in building and sustaining a client base
• Ability to build an awesome member community
• Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
• Work well as part of a team
• Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
• Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people's lives
