This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents within our new Supported Independent Living services.
As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of health and lifestyle programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping, implementing and evaluating holistic health and wellbeing programs for residents in our supported independent living facilitiesCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for residentsMonitoring and reporting on resident's health and wellbeing, and adapting programs as neededOrganising and facilitating social, recreational and therapeutic activities to promote active and engaged lifestylesProviding guidance and support to residents and their families to enhance their health, independence and quality of lifeMaintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking ForRelevant tertiary qualification in an allied health, nursing or community services disciplineExtensive experience in a similar role within the aged care or disability support sectorExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teamsDemonstrated expertise in developing and implementing health and wellbeing programs that promote independence and quality of lifeStrong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demandsCommitment to providing person-centred care and upholding the rights and dignity of vulnerable individualsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentEmployee assistance program and wellbeing initiativesDiscounts on Catalina Retirement Village services and facilitiesAbout UsCatalina Retirement Village is a leading provider of Retirment and Supported Independent Living services in the Central Coast & Hunter region.
