**THE ROLE**
Origin's strategy is to lead the transition to net zero through clean energy and customer solutions. Origin Zero has been setup with the objective of achieving this with a focus on large businesses.
The newly formed business unit will focus on partnering with our c. 15,000 large businesses to navigate the transition to a de-carbonised energy system. Origin Zero aims to curate propositions that span categories such as: virtual power plant services, solar & storage, e-mobility, energy efficiency, advisory and carbon management as well as supplying a wide range of energy supply options from increasingly renewable sources.
Reporting to the Marketing and Digital manager, the Digital Acquisition Manager is a crucial step for Origin Zero, helping bring the brand to life for our teams, customers, and community. There'll be a level of autonomy whilst working on a diverse range of projects to support a sustainable energy future.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role are:
- Manage and optimise the Origin Zero website, including content creation where required.
- Create and optimise digital acquisition marketing campaigns to drive lead gen and sales, including ongoing reporting.
- Management of 3rd party agencies and partners to produce digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with customer facing, product and commercial teams to identify and validate optimisation opportunities to improve digital performance across both sales and service.
- Support Origin Zero digital strategy including data & personalisation & measurement frameworks projects;
- Support improvement projects including linking of website to CRM platforms (digital customer journeys).

**IS THIS YOU?**
You are a skilled digital marketer with experience in multi-channel acquisition campaigns. You approach acquisition marketing with energy and enthusiasm, inspiring those around you and use data and insights to manage and optimise campaigns. You build strong, robust relationships with agencies to deliver the best possible results. You are organised, accountable and deliver to target and on time.
You can also demonstrate:
- 5+ years' experience in a similarly focused role
- Experience with CMS and content management.
- Experience in the development, measurement, and implementation of digital campaigns to generate revenue and optimal return on investment
- Experience in leading customer acquisition via digital campaigns; achieving targets and improving performance over time
- Experience managing budgets, projects, and diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Experience using LinkedIn (and other social media or online marketing platforms) to build, launch and monitor advertising campaigns
- Experience managing Lead Generation programs is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in using data and evidence to inform decision making
It woud be advantageous if you also had:
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, WordPress and Salesforce
- Experience of a large corporate - either from being directly employed or as a client.
