About This RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be working with one of Australia's largest marketing communications companies based out of Melbourne. Your role will be to build and maintain talent pools and communities for various roles within the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top digital talent
- Bulk up your network by building relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Create engaging content to promote job openings and company culture
You're a well-connected individual with a passion for all things digital. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can think creatively when it comes to problem-solving. Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field would be beneficial, but not necessary.
