Lead Digital Acquisition Tech Strategy

Overview:

Hands-on role to drive Unloan's digital acquisition tech strategy and execution using modern web technologies, robust engineering practices led by AI.

Building a high-performing product engineering team from Sydney or Melbourne. Key responsibilities include driving the development of Unloan's digital acquisition platform, leading the technologists in our Unloan Acquisition Crew, and championing the use of modern technologies such as NextJS, Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL, CloudFlare, and Azure stack.

Requirements:

  • Expert hands-on engineer with deep experience in NextJS and/or Expo, TypeScript, GraphQL, and CloudFlare.
  • Experience working on or delivering a GenAI chat experience.
  • Strong engineering foundations in testing, security, architecture, and robust design.
  • Product-minded technology-leader who can balance stakeholder interests, strategic value, and customer outcomes.
  • Strong team leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of building collaborative, high-performing engineering teams.
