Your responsibilities will include:Manage the establishment and maintenance of fully integrated schedule and cost baselines for the programProvide SME guidance to stakeholders in the development of appropriate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for upcoming Tasking Statements, and manage the development and maintenance of existing Contract WBS and associate DictionariesManage the day-to-day tasking of Project Controls team members within your project(s)Oversee the development and implementation of the Earned Value Management System in conjunction with PCG functional staff to facilitate the successful achievement of project objectivesIncorporate risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and undertake Schedule Risk Analysis as requiredEnsure all project documentation including the Work Authorisation Documents (WADs, Control Account Plans and Responsibility Assignment Matrix are updated and maintained in accordance with the CSI Earned Value Management PlanAbout you:Management experience in leading small to medium teamsExpert level experience in applying principles, concepts, practices and standards of scheduling and EVM principles, in particular, Critical Path Method and Baseline Control preferably within the defence industryExtensive project administration experience with knowledge of and exposure to accounting and budgeting principlesComputer literacy with an ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reportsIntermediate to advanced skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications (Open Plan Professional, Cobra, etc.)Extensive experience within a customer liaison roleExcellent communication skills including the ability to prepare and present concise oral and written reports, briefings, updates and other documentation to internal stakeholdersSome bid proposal development experience will be an added advantageSpecial Requirements:Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.What we offer you:When you join Lockheed Martin, you work on projects you won't experience anywhere else.We offer you a range of benefits built to suit you, no matter what stage of life you are in.
