About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting cost control systems and helping keep projects on track and within budget. You will assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and financial reports, while learning to identify and manage risks that could impact project timelines and costs.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with contracts, tracking funding, and ensuring project plans align with goals.

  • Support the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule and risk for new and existing programs.
  • Assist in the establishment of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project rhythms for statusing, analysis and reporting on cost, schedule and risks.
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines.
  • Assist in the development and resource loading of schedules in accordance with established processes, standards, guidelines, health checks and code structures.
  • Assist in the incorporation of risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and Project Managers (PMs)/Cost Account Managers (CAMs) guidance.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of control account structures and associated RAMs.
  • Maintain all documentation and databases with regards to project planning and maintenance.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Cost Account Managers to capture actuals, status, Estimated Total Costs (ETCs) and review risks and updates to the project risk and opportunity register in accordance with the projects business rhythm.
