Whether it's a luxury resort in the Maldives, 5-star 1500 room hotel in Dubai or exclusive ski chalet in the French Alps, we want them making their most important decisions using our BI software.

**The role and responsibilities**

Working as part of the growing Data Services Team, you will be assisting with the set-up, installation and maintenance of our extraction software on client system.

This role will involve looking after a specific geographic location during their business hours and hence will range across different time-zones.

We are currently recruiting for 6am to 2.30pm shift and with different shifts also available.

**The role will see you doing the following**:
Work with the team to identify priority set-ups and establish client contact

Assist in maintaining live connections and addressing lapse in connectivity

Engaging clients and other relevant stakeholders across all levels to ensure upkeep of all connections

Escalate issues internally and work to find resolutions with minimum downtime

**To be successful you will**:
Have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a similar role or have recently finished at Uni

Be driven and willing to learn

Have previous technical support experience and or familiarity with Jira and networking systems

Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 particularly Excel

Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent time management skills

This position suited for someone who is motivated and technically savvy. You will learn on the job and enjoy a great deal of autonomy.
