**About The Opportunity**
As the Junior Technical Specialist, based at our Fortitude Valley office, you will play a vital support role for customers of our data management solution, Micromine Geobank. Being at the forefront of client interactions, your work will solidify customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Principal Consultant (Micromine Geobank), your key responsibilities will include:

- Scoping, configuring, and deploying Micromine Geobank for customers.
- Conducting training with clients and in-house staff (in-person and online).
- Ensuring enhancement requests, bugs, and development issues are raised and resolved.
- BETA testing new versions and products to check improved functionality.
- Supporting the Sales team during technical demonstrations, trade shows, and other events.

**About You**
You will either be a graduate, or a working professional with some postgraduate experience, who is drawn to technology and problem-solving. You will also enjoy interpreting and managing large datasets.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification in either IT, data science, engineering, or the earth sciences.
- Experience with using SQL.
