**The Role**

We are seeking an innovative & creative Junior Designer to join our gorgeous AU Design client based in Brisbane. This is the opportunity to make your mark and grow your fashion design career.

The brand is known for its feminine silhouettes underpinned by an effortless sense of cool. With careful thought around the detail and longevity of every piece, this brand's collections arrive with the seasons but become seasonless in your wardrobe.

Collaborating closely with the Owner & Managing Director, our client is excited to welcome an influential Junior Designer with a strong creative and technical eye to work alongside their talented Design department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate concept design direction through research, illustration and sketching.
- Deliver on effective and comprehensive seasonal trend research.
- Design and concept on-brand styles within deadlines and costings
- Create detailed tech packs for production handover.
- Lead communication to wider business on seasonal design direction.
- Produce design submissions that are on time and in line with critical path.
- Produce designs that align with target wholesale price & GP margin.

**We are looking for**:

- 1+ years in a similar role in Junior Designer/Designer role
- Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant field
- A proven background of producing quality CAD & hand sketch designs in a timely manner
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite.
- A creative and collaborative approach to design.
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Technical skillset
