**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

My client is a rapidly expanding architectural design practice based in the CBD and has a strong presence within the high density multi residential sector. Their focus is to deliver high quality projects at a profit. The team is highly engaged and closely collaborate to share the workload so everyone can enjoy a healthy work/life balance. The practice is known for their great work culture and positive office vibes.

**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

The leadership team consists of 3 Directors and 4 Associate Directors whom all enjoy a highly lucrative profit share arrangement that is highly motivating. The goal is to grow the business together without compromising on quality, and share the success along the way. Their strong client base is within the multi residential sector but they have plans to soon build on this by diversifying into other sectors. You will lead a team of approximately 8 members with an Associate (or two) directly reporting to you. Ideally you will enjoy directing the delivery stages of projects and have good all round skills. It is advantageous but not necessary to be well connected and conduct some business development. You may need to be hands-on when required. You will also be supported by a company Director and your fellow Associate Directors.

**DUTIES.**
- Project scheduling, resource allocation and business management
- Lead, manage and drive a team to produce desired outcomes
- Be hands-on across both design and delivery stages of projects
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations
- Assist with company strategy and diversification into project sectors

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Minimum 8 years working (post-grad) in an architectural practice
- Revit proficiency skills
- A track record within the multi residential sector is preferred
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Strong design and delivery experience with on site exposure
- Sound commercial acumen and business management
