Our WHS Management System is accredited by the Australian Federal Safety Commission (FSC) and our Integrated Management Systems (Safety, Quality and Environmental Management) certified to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.With our continued growth and commitment to achieving our mission, we are now seeking a HSE Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

If not, no need to go on.The Role:Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Lead initiatives to improve HSE performance (you are an Initiator)Support the development, delivery, and management of HSEQ Management Plans to help maintain current ISO and Federal Safety certifications (experienced in regulations and standards)Engage with stakeholders at all levels and lead HSE meetings (a collaborative approach is key)Deliver internal training to teams and individuals on Mono's HSE processes (passionate about people and safety)Undertake audits, inspections, identification of trends, and compiling lessons learnt (a solutions-based mindset will get you far)Ensure workers have correct and current WHS related training, qualifications and competencies (attention to detail)Assist with incident investigations (problem solver)Ensure Mono meets all Legal WHS and Environmental Obligations (We have great business leaders, so this won't be too difficult to manage)About You:Certificate IV in WHSDemonstrated experience working in HSE roles on Class 2 projectsHave the qualities listed aboveTechnical knowledge of WHS, Risk Management, and FSC / ISO standardsAustralian driver's license
