HSEQ Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSEQ Manager to lead the development and implementation of our health, safety, and environmental strategy across our project.

This role is crucial in ensuring that all project activities are delivered in accordance with legislative, client, joint venture, and company requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of health and safety management, environmental management, and quality management systems.

They will also be responsible for managing our HSEQ reporting system and preparing reports for stakeholders.

A key member of our leadership team, the HSEQ Manager will drive a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.

The team consists of safety advisors, environmental officers, and quality coordinators who work together to promote health and wellbeing initiatives and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The ideal candidate has experience in leading and coaching teams, fostering a proactive safety culture, and promoting environmental sustainability.
