Reporting into the Creative Director for Advertising Design, this is a middle-weight role working across a range of Sky business verticals on integrated campaigns.

What you'll do:
- Develop (new and unique) design that pushes our brand forward.- Provide effective design solutions in TTL comms across print and digital- Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times- Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail.- Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions.- Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our Sky Masterbrand values.- Have a strong knowledge of photography/photographers.- Help guide production, shoots, and post-production.- Motion skills are a plus but not essential- Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects.- Working alongside Planning and Account Management to build presentations and arguments to sell the work.- Support the Creative Director for Advertising Design g, conceptual creative teams and the SCA senior leadership team.- Perform highly against a clear set of agreed business and personal objectives.

What you'll bring:
- A history of creating design for outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key- Have created or evolved brand identities across large or small organisations- The ability to think across different media - Print, Motion, Digital and Social Media.- Proven excellence in creative origination and execution across print and digital channels- Proven experience in delivering Brand and Response creative- Proven experience across multiple brands- Years of experience help but if you're up and coming and looking for your next step we want to hear from you.- Excellent design - both conceptual and executional- Strong knowledge of print and digital- Ability to think and work TTL- Have a knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production.- A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign).- Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way- Problem solving with high levels of personal motivation- Proven ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and 3rd parties- Natural Team player

As part of Sky's Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky's in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.

Our work is varied, from Broadcast Design teams embedded in Sky Sports to specialist digital performance marketing teams, brand Advertising and Masterbrand ownership. We are leading the way in an industry wide trend for in-housing and day in day out we are relentless in raising the standards of our work.
