Seeking for an experienced Administrator to join a large Government department in Perth

**Your new company**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a State Government department in Perth. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

**Your new role**
- Coordinate regular servicing and maintenance for the fleet
- Tracking expenses, managing payments and ensuring cost control
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate the acquisition of new fleet vehicles
- Liaise with contractors for various services and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Handle general administrative tasks related to facilities management

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong computer skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
