Fleet Operations Coordinator

The role involves ensuring seamless fleet administration, managing basic queries and liaising with stakeholders on production stages of vehicles.
Primary duties include coordinating vehicle accident/incident insurance claim processes, ensuring all fleet compliance, training records and licences are up to date, and assisting with month end invoice management and coding.
Additionally, the administrator will be responsible for managing the administration of all fleet management systems, ordering new and replacement fuel card and etags for Company fleet (>350 vehicles) across Australia & New Zealand.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A significant background working in a fast-paced admin environment with experience working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of enthusiasm and positive attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and flexibility to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Outlook.
