**About the role**
Led by the Fleet Manager, Australia & NZ, your key objective will be to ensure professional and seamless fleet administration for the TTIANZ business which in turn supports the overall employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and highly organized administrator seeking a new challenge in fleet administration-training will be provided
**Your primary duties will include**:
- Managing basic fleet queries and liaising with stakeholders on production stages of vehicles
- Coordinating vehicle accident/incident insurance claim processes including fleet repairs and escalating any injuries to the Injury Management Officer
- Ensuring all fleet compliance, training records and licences are up to date
- Assisting with month end invoice management and coding
- Managing the administration of all fleet management systems, especially for vehicle changes and data required for FBT reporting
- Ordering new and replacement fuel card and etags for Company fleet (>350 vehicles) across Australia & New Zealand
**About you**
**Your skills and experience will include**:
- Significant previous experience working in a fast-paced admin role working to tight deadlines
- High level of enthusiasm, positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet timelines
- High level of organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
