We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead our fleet operations and facility management team.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet operations, including procurement, maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle planning.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Fleet Operations Management:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records and registers of commercial leases, operational facilities, motor vehicles, and mobile equipment.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules for facilities and assets are conducted to optimize asset life, reduce downtime, and ensure cost efficiency.

This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who can mentor and support a team of coordinators and administrators.

Requirements
  • Certificate in Fleet Management, Facilities Operations, or Project Management is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in fleet and facilities management across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge in coordinating buildings, facilities, motor vehicle fleets, and asset management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Proven track record in leading and developing teams.
