$28.46 per hour
- 37.6 hours per week - MON to FRI 9am to 5pm
- Work close to Home, Minto Location

Our client is an established Third-Party Logistics Company with a large network of Customers.
**Based in Minto**, an opportunity exists for an Information Technology Returns Coordinator to join their team.

**Responsibilities for this role include**:

- Effectively manage escalated customer returns
- Have intermediate computer skills
- Administration and reporting
- Data Entry
- Warehouse picking with some heavy lifting

**To be successful for this role you must**:

- Have customer service experience
- Be process driven
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (for reporting purposes)
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal (as required to communicate with our customer, TFS operators and MSFT regional reps)
- Work well under pressure
- Able to work unsupervised as well as a team environment
