Are you an experienced warehouse or logistics coordinator? CAMILLA is looking for a Warehouse & Returns Coordinator to join our Warehouse Tribe based in Alexandria
CAMILLA is one of Australia's most iconic retailers and we have recently expanded into international waters on our journey to colour the world. After opening our first two USA Boutiques, we are looking to expand our Warehouse tribe to keep up with the demand of our stunning products. Our Warehouse services our 20 Australian Boutiques, Wholesalers and International customers. We work in a fun and unique warehouse environment that reflects the identity of our brand
- every order is individually hand packed and wrapped with love.
**So, what will our Warehouse & Returns Coordinator be doing?**
- Manage the systematic and physical return of goods in the warehouse from customers and stores both domestically and internationally.
- Ensure all customer returns are processed in line with agreed business service levels
- Process store returns and liaise with store teams on discrepancies to ensure transactional accuracy maintained through the system.
- Ensure international movements tracked and documentation maintained in line with requirements.
- Manage Inventory dispositions within NetSuite against the different reverse logistics streams.
- Liaise with on-site Quality Control inspection on repairs and damages and maintain accurate movement records for write-offs and offsite repairs.
- Ensure all stock is stored, handled safely and in line with company procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting against daily/weekly activity to support the warehouse performance dashboard
- Provide a professional, courteous and efficient service to all customers and company departments.
**What we are looking for in our newest addition?**
- A positive can-do attitude who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Fashion Industry and customer returns.
- Ability to manage workflows to deadlines and coordinate team accordingly.
- Possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy, and IT competency (MS Office) and "NetSuite" experience desired.
- Previous end to end reverse logistics experience at a Supervisory level.
- Previous experience in local, Interstate and International freight handling and documentation requirements such as Commercial invoice /HS coding etc.
- Experience in reporting against KPI's and daily targets.
- Rostering and staff coordination.
- Systematic Inventory management.
- Good understanding of inventory management principles within a warehouse environment.
