As the Manager Stakeholder Engagement, you will be a member of the Program Leadership team to deliver the Statewide Preparation Project and will be responsible for leading delivery of Local Preparation Phases to complete prerequisites for each Hospital and Health Service.
What you'll do
Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships between Corporate Enterprise Solutions and its customers to ensure the successful delivery of ICT enabled business change in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.
Provide leadership and assume responsibility for statewide engagement and delivery of Department and HHS Local Preparation phases operating within the scope and schedule of the IWFM Stage 4 Implementation Strategy.
Implement and manage appropriate IWFM Program governance, investment and project management which is aligned with the Department's PMO framework.

Demonstrated high level negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills to effectively develop and manage business and customer relationships to deliver project objectives.
Well-developed leadership and team management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.
