We're seeking an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role involves developing strategic communication plans, building relationships with stakeholders, and providing counsel on stakeholder engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with teams to convey clear messages aligning with our organisational goals and values.

  • Develop and implement complex stakeholder engagement plans
  • Conduct in-depth stakeholder analysis to inform engagement plans
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to foster positive relationships and collaboration
  • Create comprehensive communication plans
  • Coordinate engagement events and develop content for communication channels
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions and meetings
  • Liaise with project staff to solve stakeholder-related issues
  • Establish metrics to assess communication strategy success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in stakeholder engagement, ideally within infrastructure, transport, or logistics sectors
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership in a project environment
  • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders in politically sensitive environments
