We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our presence in the Queensland market.
- Inherit a portfolio of premium hospitality and hotel accounts

- Activate brand presence through farmers markets and premium dining events
- Leverage existing interstate relationships while building new, long-term partnerships in QLD
- Position the brand as the local artisan choice in QLD's premium hospitality sector
- Strategic sales professional with strong networks across fine dining, hospitality groups, and premium foodservice
- Passionate about artisanal food, premium hospitality, and quality-led brands
- Able to advise on where the brand should play and how to best position itself
- Resilience, adaptability, and confidence working with a developing product portfolio
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, expanding our presence in the QLD market, and leveraging existing interstate relationships. The role requires a strategic thinker who can advise on where the brand should play and how to best position itself.
