**Role Overview**
We are currently recruiting **experienced Support Workers for high intensity support roles**. You will be working with participants who have complex medical and behavioural needs, providing daily support that includes personal care, specialised health procedures, and behaviour support.

This is a rewarding but demanding role that requires a high level of skill, reliability, and compassion. These are not entry-level shifts—applicants must already hold the required competencies and have experience working in similar environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high intensity personal care, including PEG/PEJ feeding, catheter care, and medication administration.
- Support participants with mobility and transfers, following safe manual handling practices.
- Follow individualised support plans that may include restrictive practices or behaviour intervention strategies.
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with participants and their care teams.
- Monitor health and safety and respond to changes in participant condition.
- Accurately document support delivered and participant progress.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- PEG/PEJ Feeding
- Catheter Care
- Medication Administration
- Manual Handling
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in high intensity disability support roles
- Knowledge of conditions such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, intellectual disability, and sensory processing disorders
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Understanding of restrictive practices and behaviour support frameworks

Pay: $35.00 - $41.00 per hour
