We offer Ongoing paid training in high intensity supports, including behaviour managementA passionate, supportive leadership team that's always got your backOpportunities to grow your skills and experience Key responsibilities include: Provide person-centred, high-quality support in line with individual support plansSupport a client with high intensity needs, including behaviour managementAssist with personal care and daily living tasksMaintain accurate and up-to-date progress notesWork collaboratively with families and other professionals We're looking for someone who: Has experience supporting people with disability and/or complex behavioursIs empathetic, reliable, and emotionally intelligentCan build trust and strong rapport with clients and familiesHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStays calm under pressure and is a confident decision-makerBrings resilience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to care To be successful, you'll need: Certificate IV in Disability (preferred) or a related qualificationEmployee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRRight to work in Australia About Ability Assist We're a proud For Purpose Organisation with 30 years of experience supporting people across Victoria.
