The Deputy Registrar (List Manager) will work closely with the Chief Judge, the Judge Administrator of the District Court, Case Managers, Case Conference Registrar, legal practitioners and staff of the Brisbane District Court registry, to provide high quality administrative support and manage the listing of sexual violence matters as part of the Sexual Violence Case Management Pilot.
As Deputy Registrar, you have a unique opportunity to actively contribute to modernising and improving the court system in Queensland. Emphasising safety, innovation, efficiency, and enhanced access to justice, this role allows you to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to shaping a more responsive and user-friendly court experience. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact, adapt to evolving practices, and play a vital role in the transformation of Queensland courts.
You will execute a broad range of court and registry duties in the criminal jurisdiction, managing staff, and providing comprehensive services and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
