Our company is a leading specialty retailer of high-quality home products in Australia.
Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Sales & Service Lead to create a unique shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a permanent, part-time position offering 40 hours per fortnight with a fixed two-week rotating roster, including alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and support of in-store design services.
- Complete operational tasks including opening and closing duties, register functions, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, replenishment, stockroom organisation, and workplace health and safety practices.
- Participate in training and development while supporting a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- 1-2 years customer service experience (specialty retail preferred but not required).
- Strong sales skills with the confidence to meet and exceed performance targets.
- A proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
