Our professional education and migration agency, based in Melbourne, is seeking a **Migration Administrative Assistant** to join our expanding team.

This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and is looking to build a long-term career in the migration field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high standards of confidentiality, attention to detail, and service throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth workflow using internal systems.
- Liaise with clients to follow up on outstanding documents and ensure all submissions are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support case progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Continuously develop your knowledge of migration regulations and office procedures.
- Strong English skills (minimum IELTS 7 or equivalent)
- Multilingual skills preferred (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- At least basic experience in a professional office environment - must understand workplace etiquette and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Responsible, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
