ASPECT Migration is seeking a Migration Assistant to support the principal migration agent with case load.

**Role** **Summary**
- Obtain information and required documents from clients
- Drafting cover letters and submissions as per the instructions of the Migration Agent
- Maintaining thorough record of the work undertaken with immaculate status tracking.
- Ability to competently use MS Word, PDF and MS Excel, Outlook
- Can do printing, scanning and filing
- Superb communication skills
- Must have superior English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to speak Hindi or another language is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail
- Previous experience is similar role preferred but not mandatory

A graduate Migration Agent or student studying Graduate Diploma of Migration Law (with knowledge of using legendcom), looking for an opportunity to start career and gain practical expreience will be prioritised.

Training provided ; Probationary period applies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- English & Hindi (required)
- Punjabi (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
