We're seeking an inspiring and strategic **International Education Manager** to lead our APAC Education Team and shape the future of professional skincare education across one of the most dynamic regions in the world.If you're passionate about skin health, thrive on building high-performing teams, and love working in a fast-paced international environment – this is the role for you.About the RoleAs the International Education Manager – APAC, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the execution of Dermalogica's global education strategy across diverse and evolving markets.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, International Sales, you will lead, develop, and inspire our APAC Education Specialists, Distributor Education Teams, and partner with local and global teams to deliver world-class education that supports innovation, elevates brand experience, and drives commercial growth.Your role will be equal parts strategic and hands-on – managing new innovation rollouts, modernizing education formats (in-person, virtual, LMS, and more), and ensuring our educators are skilled, inspired, and aligned with Dermalogica's mission.Key Responsibilities*Lead and mentor a team of Education Specialists across APAC, supporting their professional growth and aligning individual development plans with business needs.
*Drive execution of education strategies across multiple channels: professional skin therapists, retail, medi-aesthetic, and consumer-facing education.
*Co-lead the APAC Innovation Taskforce, ensuring successful launches of new products and treatments across the region.
*Strengthen distributor training programs, elevate standards of delivery, and help shape local strategies in line with global curriculum.
*Foster collaboration among markets – sharing best practices, unifying education goals, and ensuring region-wide alignment with Dermalogica's brand purpose.
*Travel regularly across the region to support market visits, deliver trainings, and represent APAC in global initiatives.Who You AreYou're a confident and passionate leader with deep knowledge of skin health, education strategy, and the professional skincare industry.

You balance creativity with structure and are ready to shape the next era of professional skin education in the APAC region.What You'll Bring* Diploma or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy or Skin Health* Proven experience in people leadership and team development* Strong background with Dermalogica or another leading professional skin brand* Experience in advanced protocols (e.g., Microneedling, Dermaplaning, chemical peels)* Teacher training certification or vocational education experience* Strong project management and organizational skills* Experience with LMS platforms, digital education tools, and virtual training delivery* Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite and online collaboration platforms* Bonus: Multilingual skills in Vietnamese, Malay, or Mandarin are highly desirableWhy Join Us?
