**About the Role**:
We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and solutions-focused People & Culture Officer to bring their enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills to our team. If you enjoy variety in your work and are proactive in improving processes, this could be the perfect role for you
Reporting to the Manager People & Culture, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture and make an impact across several key areas of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the People & Culture team with a variety of tasks including managing uniforms, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, responding to employee queries, overseeing access cards, producing monthly reports, managing and producing the quarterly newsletter, and processing invoices.
- Provide support to the Recruitment Coordinator with new hire document collection, phone screening and interviewing.
- Assist with the administration of our reward and recognition program.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that help build a connected and motivated workplace.
- Assist with the planning and execution of SwanCare events.

**Key Role Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a team environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
**Other requirements include**:
- Possession or progression toward a degree or diploma qualification in Human Resources.
- Experience working in a not-for-profit organisation (highly desirable).
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Full working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
