**A bit about the role**

We're looking for an experienced People and Culture Officer to join INX and provide the Head of People and Culture with HR generalist support as the business goes through significant transformation. Depending on the persons skills, experience and career aspirations there is plenty of room to grow in the role.

As a People and Culture Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees are supported, engaged, and motivated. As a starting point, the main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating end to end recruitment activities.
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintaining data integrity within the HR Systems.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
- Creating and updating business processes and workflows.

**We'd like you to have**
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Resource Management (desirable).
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Experience using HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- A great can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
