**The Organisation**

Our client is one of the largest healthcare and hospital providers in Australia. They are built on a philosophy of providing care into the community and support when needed. They are currently looking for a Vendor Compliance Administrator to join their Brisbane based team.

**The Role**
- The purpose of the role is to ensure that the organisation is engaging and contracting with vendors / contractors who meet both legislative and organisational requirements.
- This role will hold the responsibility for the integrity of vendor master data and be the central, objective role providing segregation of duties from individuals engaging with vendors in the supply chain, and gatekeeping governance to our vendor policies.

**The Person**
- We are looking for someone with the ability to maintain effective lines of communication and relationships with stakeholders from multiple facilities.
- Someone with an eye for detail in administration and who can use initiative when required.
- Ensure systems and controls are in place to manage the quality of outputs.
- This role would suit someone with previous administration experience or someone more junior who is eager to learn and looking to start their career in this sector.
- A covid vaccination is required for this role due to being in the healthcare sector.
