Vendor Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring seamless vendor compliance across our portfolio, fostering strong relationships with vendors and contractors.

  • Onboard and assist new and existing vendors to ensure compliance obligations are met.
  • Review all vendor documentation to guarantee alignment with our internal system requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to maintain ongoing compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance rates for all vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, accurate reporting capabilities, and data input proficiency. A minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service Administration is preferred, along with strong planning and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

As a valued member of our National Safety Team, you will collaborate closely with our QLD WHS Manager to contribute to our commitment to safety and integrity.
