Job Overview:

The Vendor Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role within our National Safety Team, reporting directly to the WHS Systems Compliance Manager. This position offers comprehensive training and development opportunities through a structured 3-year career progression plan, encompassing General Construction Induction and Certificate IV Work Health & Safety.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and consult vendors on compliance obligations, ensuring seamless integration into our systems.
  • Review vendor documentation to guarantee alignment with internal system requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure continued compliance.
  • Manage vendor database systems and provide accurate administrative assistance.
