Motorola Solutions recently announced the acquisition of Openpath access control and Ava video security. The acquisition reaffirms our commitment to being the leader of video security and access control products.

Openpath and Ava are leaders within the physical security industry. These solutions make businesses more secure with multi-factor authentication, enabling a contactless entry experience and an integrated platform that can be easily scaled and managed due to its cloud-based architecture.
**- This role will be on a hybrid schedule and is expected to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week.
- Fundamental job responsibilities required of all incumbents-answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services. build and manage lead development pipeline
- Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
- Generates prospective customers through cold calling and qualifies leads
- Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
- Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date
- Act as single point of contact

- Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures
- proactively continue to understand products & solutions
- Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services
- Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction

***Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years experience in sales or customer service
