We are looking for someone who is determined to progress quickly and make a real impact in the company.

As our Event/Sponsorships Coordinator, you will be responsible for maximising the value of existing sponsorships, organising sponsorship-related activities and events, and attending industry & charity events. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure events and sponsorships align with broader marketing and sales goals, and provide post-event analysis and reporting to make recommendations for future events and sponsorships.

In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also:

- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors
- Create and manage event budgets and timelines
- Coordinate logistics for events and sponsorships, including travel, accommodation, and equipment hire
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop event and sponsorship materials such as signage, promotional items, and presentations
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new sponsorship opportunities
- Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should be an enthusiastic people person, keen to learn new skills and take on challenges. You should be Google and Microsoft Suite savvy, with a passion for leadership and an analytical, curious mind. You should also be on board with "changing the world one Grate at a time" and love to develop a plan and see it through.
