**About this role**:
A highly-regarded importer and distributor of opulent stone, porcelain and ceramic, sourced from around the world.

We are looking for a vibrant Entry Level Office Assistant seeking to start their career in an Office Environment to work Full Time 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reception, answering phone calls and general office administrative duties, filing, archiving and report writing
- Liaise with customers and local suppliers
- Provide support to Office Management and Senior Management
- Data entry and Invoicing using MYOB
- Inventory control

**Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of MYOB
- Ability to multi task and juggling different priorities simultaneously
- Mathematical problem solving skills - comprehension of mm to m2 conversion
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a busy team
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone manner
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Punctual, reliable and good work ethic
- Self-motivated, with a can-do attitude
