Kirk's is a unique and busy little wine bar that offers an extensive selection of wine by the glass and the bottle from some of the great producers and new talents in Australia and the key regions of the old world. There is an ever changing cheese selection matured on site at our sister business, the Spring Street Grocer and a menu serving lunch and dinner 5 days a week.

Next door is Kirk's Public bar which offers a great selection of craft beer both on tap and in bottle as well as an extensive range of spirits and cocktails.

We have an opportunity for a full-time front of house supervisor to join our team.

- Have an eye for detail and enjoy doing things properly
- An ongoing commitment to improving your skills and product knowledge
- Enjoy and thrive working in a busy and controlled environment
- Wish to develop, expand and challenge your wine, beer & spirits knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with our customers
- Able to work in a small team
- Have a get up and go attitude
- Current Victoria RSA certificate
