Front of House Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and charismatic Front of House Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service. As part of our core team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting front-of-house staff, and collaborating with management to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Support the development and training of front-of-house staff
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve queries professionally and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with management to drive operational efficiencies and consistency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a front-of-house supervisor/manager within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire a high-performing team
  • Availability to work weekends (at least one day)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • A genuine passion for food and beverage, with a desire to learn and grow
  • Commitment to upholding health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
  • Barista experience is highly desirable
