Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Supervisor to lead and motivate a team within a busy venue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-of-house supervision and management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and adhere to all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

A keen interest in food and beverage is essential for this role, combined with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a front-of-house supervisory/management role within the hospitality industry
  • Prior experience of leading and motivating a team within a busy venue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and staff
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to adhering to all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
